About the Role
Stat Global is looking for a Content Creator & Brand Personality who can translate our positioning into content that earns attention without compromising our standards. This is not a volume role. We are not looking for someone who posts for the sake of posting.
You will own the voice of Stat Global across social, video, and editorial, producing content that is sharp, credible, and consistent with our investment-grade brand. You will be on camera when needed, behind the lens when useful, and always focused on saying the right thing rather than the loudest thing.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce and publish content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
- Write copy and scripts that reflect the Stat Global voice: serious, modern, confident, and proof-led
- Appear on camera for Reels, short-form videos, and brand-facing content where appropriate
- Translate market topics, service offerings, and client scenarios into content that educates and builds trust
- Maintain a consistent content calendar aligned to brand priorities
- Coordinate with the team on campaigns, launches, and time-sensitive content
- Monitor performance and apply learnings to improve content over time
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in content creation, brand communications, or social media
- Strong on-camera presence and comfort producing short-form video
- Excellent written communication - you write clean, clear, and without filler
- Understanding of brand voice and the discipline to maintain it consistently
- Ability to turn complex or dry topics into engaging, accessible content
- Experience working within a structured brand or premium positioning is preferred
- Familiarity with real estate, finance, or professional services is a plus - not a requirement
- Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
